History
Welcome to CrossKicks, LLC. My name is Jennifer, and I am your life and enrichment coach. I have one goal for my clients; that is to help people establish independence on their own terms and discover their purpose. I am a Certified Life Coach through the Life Purpose Institute which is registered with the ICF. I hold an M.B.A. in Finance from Strayer University, and a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Personal Finance Management, Psychology, and English. I am an active member of Toastmasters Leadership International and hold an Advanced Communicator Gold, and Advanced Leader Bronze designations.
Why would life and enrichment coaching become my mission? I’m glad you asked!
I have spent nearly 15 years in the financial industry, and have heard countless stories of fear and regret surrounding not being fulfilled in the workplace, not having the right skillsets, and not going after the dream career. I am also a licensed foster parent. I have learned that many children age out of the system without being adopted or having the support to thrive on their own. By not being properly equipped, there is a risk for these young adults to become homeless, engage in illegal activity and other unforeseeable issues. While these have been the groups of people that I have been exposed to, they are not the only ones living with a lack of fulfillment.
My goal is to help people on their journeys to purposeful and enriched lives.
